12 axes , each with an independent servomotor which controls a highly rigid reducer gear it is combined with . The cam does not need to be changed nor adjusted.
8 sets of slide axes ( for standard equipment ).
The feed axis and the wire rotator axis can rotate simultaneously , feed the wire and rapidly change it.
The time needed for setup and for processing the spring is shorter , therefore less axes are needed for the cutter rows.
1 set of spinner axis which can fit in any angle . Combined with the wire rotator axis and the quill rotator axis , it can easily make any complex , curved shape , and achieve the assigned processing.
