MVGH Alimentador Horizontal Grizzly Vibrante
Igual que a los alimentadores MVG, los alimentadores horizontales vibradores (MVGH) de Minyu están diseñados para regular la velocidad de alimentación de la trituradora separando los materiales para el dimensionado, eliminando los no deseados y evitando los más pequeños para maximizar la capacidad de trituración de la trituradora. Sin embargo, los alimentadores MVGH vienen en perfil más bajo y de mayor longitud. Generalmente se aplican para aplicaciones de trituración portátil. La vibradora consta de dos ejes no balanceados y contrarrotativos. Generan un movimiento elíptico que lanza materiales hacia arriba y hacia adelante con acciones de giro continuo. Los engranajes de distribución son ajustables para controlar la dirección del tiro y la concentración de las acciones vibratorias.
El alimentador entero esta montado en el resorte para permitir la vibración libre y absorber cargas de choque.
Barras de grizzly ajustables de pernos, capaces de satisfacer las necesidades de los usuarios en la industria.
Barras de grizzly cónicas para evitar la unión y promover la descarga rápida de materiales de tamaño inferior. Impulsado por un motor de velocidad variable que permite velocidades de alimentación ajustables.
