On Sept.29, Minyu Machinery Corp. officially expanded operations into Sri Lanka by establishing Minyu Lanka in Colombo as a cooperation between world renowned companies Striker (Australia), Maitek (Italy), and Nakayama (Japan), in order to meet the growing needs of Sri Lanka’s mining industry.
Sri Lanka, also known as “The Pearl of the Indian Ocean”, covers an area about the size of West Virginia in the United States, twice as big as Taiwan in Asia Pacific, and roughly the same size as Ireland. After the 2004 South Asian Tsunami and the end of the civil war in 2009, Sri Lanka initiated extensive construction activities and has gradually become a tourist attraction.
This makes Minyu Machinery Corp. Taiwan, with 51 years of specialization in crushing, screening & mining equipment, just the right choice to tackle Sri Lanka’s urgent construction needs. In addition to dedicated commitment to crusher manufacturing, Minyu also partners with global renowned manufacturers Striker, Maitek, and Nakayama, to provide track-mounted crushing equipment and washing equipment, for a complete product range to better cope with capacity, terrain, energy and other challenges.
